Lotus Hips Yoga

My own practice includes extended periods of meditation practice. Long periods of sitting is hard work for the core, the hips, the legs and especially the knees when the others are tight.  Over the years, I’ve evolved a set of vinyasa that have given me more freedom in the core and hips and have brought relief to my knees. I’ve documented a number of these vinyasa here or you can explore them with me at one of my classes.
