Zazen / Meditation online on Wednesday evening and Sunday noon.

A gentle practice, starting with a short introduction to posture and breath. Short 15min. periods, with an opportunity to ask questions between periods.

On Wednesday evening we will end with a visualization based on The Healing Ointment Meditation taught by Hakuin Zenji in Yasenkanna.
